to be sure, the place is as old as methuselah but that doesnt mean its not value for money. the presence of the grassed area right outside the joint means more space especially in the daytime, and nighttime too if you think about it, but its its proximity to the sea is what makes it the perfect party place. doesnt get any better when talking ambience!

Great location to make your own event from race central to weddings or wake. Best view and protected from southwestly winds. Inside kitchen and drinks serveries. Toilets and showers. Seen some amazing theme parties held there.
