Art and artists on show - great place to see local pieces and buy something big or small.Excellent car parking facilities including several ACROD bays.Next to an amazing kids playground with grass, play equipment and some shade.If you're in Yanchep, go take a look - it'll be worth it

This is a fabulous arts centre just opened. It is perched next to the sea, in an historic cottage once owned in the 1920s by the wonderful mary lindsay! There is a gallery and studio plus room for art, craft, writing and music workshops and conferences.There is also an artist/ writer in residence facility for local, national and international artists and writers. I visited today for the first time and i was really delighted by the warm welcoming vibe. If you are visiting yanchep grab a coffee at full flava or orion cafe on the beach then pop into this fabulous place.

The Homestead is open for anyone to visit the Gallery & Studios open on Fridays 10 to 3pm. Sunday's 11 to 3 pm . TRYCAN have an Open day on Fridays & workshops on Wednesday's , Saturdays & Sunday's.Please look on TRYCAN Facebook page for details.& learn something about the history of the area. Thanks to Wanneroo council.

One of my fav spots in Yanchep. Away from the mainstream Lagoon but not to far away either. Great facilities and just a short walk to the beach. Awesome little place
