Great place for child care services.

We love Brockman House! Both my daughters have attended the service and couldn't be happier. The staff are all lovely and most have been there for many years, always feel my girls are so well cared for at Brockman House!

Absolutely love this place! Always so quick to make the community feel welcome.

Three bad experiences1. My Autistic son need extra care and they can claim extra budget from the government, one day I wanted to collect my son from the childcare the carer told me ( your son was eating sand the whole day)....!2. One day My son had a serious injury next to his eyeball, I wasn't notified about the incident, I didn't see the injury because it was the only day my son had a hat on his head when I came home I saw the injurey, serious injuries like that parents must be notified about it not hided with a hat, of course they had trash excuses prepared ready for me.3.My son had to go over seas with the mum, I notified them 2 weeks on advance they had to refund reimburse me about 45 bux because they usually charge extra money in advance which they have to refund when u stop using their service, they totally forgot about it , I had to call them about three times to remind them no result then I had to go inperson and ask for the reimbursement, I finally got reimbursed after four attempts. Unfortunately, it wasn't the right amount but I didn't care about few dollars. They can show smiles here and there because they need Ur dollar.

Brockman Community House is my home away from home! I have been with the service since 2014 and couldn't imagine being anywhere else. Its an amazing opportunity to be a part of an organisation that supports the community we live in. I appreciate the families that we work alongside and love being a part of each child's individual journey.
